So what you mean is, your nervous system needs to get healed because it's been rattled by how myopic the people who voted for Trump are still being, right? Is that what you mean?
I need the healing help from higher places, because the self-absorbed behaviors of some people really have horrified me recently. So, Jesus, please help me get over the experience of being shocked by how incredibly insensitive some people can be in these troubling times.

In a way, perhaps reading this sort of thing helps me deal with how some people are being so callow and disappointing at a time when I hoped they'd be otherwise.
People are very busy with taking care of their own elderly parents or taking care of their kids or their own health or all sorts of things, and it's fine to make that the priority. And it's also really necessary, too. I just hope that, in the future, some people will be able to choose more wisely.

"Self-imposed lockdowns, surveillance fears and forced separations: life for California’s undocumented farmworkers" | California | The Guardian
https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2025/jul/28/ice-raid-farm-workers-california
"It’s unclear what percentage of farm workers in Monterey county – one of the California counties with the highest number of farm workers – have legal status, but scanning his crew of 25 workers, Peligro counts only one citizen, two who have visas and two who are currently protected by Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Daca), the 2012 program that gives work permits and temporary status to undocumented migrants who came to the US as children. That means that in this field, 80% of workers are undocumented.
The political climate for these workers is leading to chronic hyper-vigilance – a self-imposed lockdown eerily reminiscent of the pandemic’s earliest days, but with the additional, ever-present fear of surveillance, disappearance and forced separation from one’s US-born children."

(A verified Republican candidate posted a selfie with a picture of Auschwitz and said it was his plan for zero percent unemployment.)
How to care and actually stop punishing people with different genetics should be the real goal, instead of how to be bitterly sarcastic about the situation as an attempt to wake up the seemingly selfish, naive jerks.
A mother is crying because she lost her daughter in a way that nobody ever should because draconian laws were created to punish the bodies of certain kinds of girls and woman more than others. The abandonment of "certain types of people" by the selfish, under evolved, childish people is real. The Patriarchal Society has trained the supposedly "more fortunate" ones to lack empathy, to focus on materialistic things. And they are taught to abandon others for no really good reasons, except out of their own selfishness, and perhaps even their own pain, and the pain is real.
My cat is here and she is such a good teacher because she can be loving, but she definitely takes care of herself first and has no shame about it at all. But she's still loving and forgiving, too! You just need to accept her on her terms. But she's loving and forgiving and she knows she takes care of herself first. Oh my goodness. What a good cat she is, isn't she?
Even though I am sorry, and I know I wasn't always making the best decisions, I am grateful that my body is giving me the guidance that I need to change, to become more in a healing mode, and it will help me to see new ways to change for the better. I was starting to burn out and I still need to take care of myself because I need to make lots of changes. And there's a lot of stuff going on. I will do the best I can tonight and just take it day by day.
You really need to take care of yourself first, because other people, they don't know how to do it for you, and and you have to do it for yourself and you have to ask the universe for help if you don't know how to handle a situation because it's gotten to be overwhelming, and there are higher forces that are more evolved and more beautiful and more healing.
They can help you. They see more than you can see from your perspective, but they can help you to see more. But you need to be able to accept some healing for yourself. You deserve healing. It's good to change, and to help yourself and to accept healing for yourself and to keep on healing yourself. And it's really important, too, to get better at taking care of yourself. It's really important.
I want to please, please, please get better at seeking peace. Please help me remember this.
I'm sorry we forget. I don't know why. Why did we forget? I'm sorry about it though. I want to do better in the future.
Oh my goodness. Okay, I want to try to make this transition a bit more gentle, please. Please.
I need to get better at healing.
Too much judging. It's not the real me. I knew it. Another me is coming out that is more vulnerable and needs healing.
I have to put the warrior to rest for now.
I was too filled with my own pain.
It's burned me out.
But these things happen.
I have learned and now I want to do better.
I know I need to get better at seeking healing.
It can be so hard to be human. We are very vulnerable people.
I need to remember I have this side that will always need healing first.
In fact, I am absolutely, I don't know, impressed by how much more important healing the vulnerable side is starting to seem to me right now.
It's really important. I'm so sorry I forgot. I wish I hadn't fought so much, but anyways, things are turning now.
I'm going to get better now. I'm just going to try at least.
What if you get signs that you just need to start taking better care of yourself and that really has to be your first priority now? It's everybody's first priority to take care of themselves. And then, what if you have other people to take care of in addition to yourself? But you still need to take care of yourself, too?

They really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really do need to take better care of themselves and put on their own oxygen masks first. It's not a lie; it's really true.
"Miller’s shameless transgressiveness at least got him a lot of attention."
~ David Klion
"The cruel world according to Stephen Miller"
https://www.thenation.com/?post_type=article&p=543905
"For Miller, a key entry point to the right was The Larry Elder Show, whose Black host had built a following among right-wing Angelenos for his verbal assaults on political correctness and liberal shibboleths. Miller called in to the show and invited Elder to speak at his high school, and he subsequently became a frequent guest, a precocious teen reactionary holding forth on his high school’s alleged anti-Americanness in the wake of the 9/11 attacks before an audience that spanned Southern California.
Miller’s provocations became more outlandish as he advanced through his teens. He cultivated a mid-century gangster affect: He listened to Frank Sinatra, enjoyed gambling, and styled himself after Ace Rothstein, the Robert De Niro character in Casino. He was known for arguing with teachers, hijacking school events, and winning attention with his outrageous antics. In both high school and college, he would be repeatedly observed throwing trash on the floor and then insisting that the custodial staff pick it up. ('Am I the only one here who is sick and tired of being told to pick up my trash when we have plenty of janitors who are paid to do it for us?' he is quoted as saying at one point.) A number of students and faculty found this behavior appalling, but Miller’s shameless transgressiveness at least got him a lot of attention."
~ David Klion
"The cruel world according to Stephen Miller"
"But sociology can only explain so much; it is hard to escape the sense that there was something fundamentally malevolent about Miller from the start. Another person in his shoes might have grasped that this anxiety was the product of his parents’ business difficulties and sheer geological misfortune, but the adolescent Miller sought out other culprits. With his economic privilege in seeming jeopardy, he leaned much harder into his privilege as a white, native-born American.
Guerrero spoke with Jason Islas, a working-class Mexican American who was Miller’s friend in middle school and attended his lavish bar mitzvah. Though the two initially bonded over Star Trek, Miller abruptly ditched Islas as a friend the summer after middle school, citing his Latino heritage as a justification. 'The conversation was remarkably calm,' Islas told Guerrero. 'He expressed hatred for me in a calm, cool, matter-of-fact way.'
In middle school, Miller was already drawn to right-wing subcultures that distinguished him from his peers, purchasing a subscription to Guns & Ammo magazine and finding himself inspired by the writings of Charlton Heston and Wayne LaPierre on the Second Amendment. His father was also moving right, alienated by bad relationships and burned bridges with his liberal Santa Monica cohort, and Stephen seems to have inherited his father’s contrarian streak. By the time he enrolled in the public Santa Monica High School, which Guerrero portrays as neatly internally segregated between professional-class, college-bound whites and working-class Hispanics, he was a full-fledged conservative provocateur."
~ David Klion
"The cruel world according to Stephen Miller"
"As a child, Stephen grew up in a $1 million, five-bedroom home in the North of Montana section of Santa Monica, one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Greater Los Angeles. He had Latin American–born housekeepers who cooked family meals and cleaned up after him and his siblings.
This comfortable lifestyle was disrupted in 1994, when the Millers had a run of terrible luck: A major earthquake inflicted $20 billion in property damage in Southern California, including on a number of properties managed by the family firm. This came at a particularly inopportune moment, as Michael Miller was in the midst of an acrimonious legal battle with his former partners in the law firm he’d started, the upshot of which was that he found himself hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt."
~ David Klion
"The Cruel World According to Stephen Miller"
https://www.thenation.com/?post_type=article&p=543905
"If there is a sociological explanation for Miller’s politics, Guerrero implies, perhaps it lies in this period. In the aftermath of the 2008 housing crisis, many of Miller’s peers found themselves downwardly mobile, locked out of the housing market and denied opportunities that prior generations had taken for granted—experiences that have inclined many millennials toward a more socialistic politics than previous cohorts. But Miller’s brush with downward mobility came much earlier, with his affluent boomer parents experiencing the shock of material insecurity during the 1990s, a decade that is more typically remembered as a period of unprecedented economic prosperity. Though Miller was never anywhere close to working-class, and his family’s finances rebounded in time for him to enjoy the benefits of an elite university education and a parentally subsidized down payment on a DC condo (though recently his parents had another bit of bad luck, as their home was destroyed in the Los Angeles wildfires in January), he did pass through a period of acute economic and status anxiety during a very impressionable age."

People are acting pathetic. Their entitlement and self-absorption is so sickening. I need to drink something nice and maybe I can just think about my nice drink instead of how disgusting things are getting.
(It will NOT be an alcoholic drink tonight.)
What the hell did your Society do to you?
When does "Let's show off our low capacity for empathy skills" finally get really, really boring?
Why some people still feel so entitled to treat others so badly is beyond my comprehension.
When they could be doing so, so, so much better, too.
And they used to seem like better people too.
Now it's just like the worst is coming out in some people.
Maybe there's astrological stuff that's making them act worse.
Not an excuse! Just trying to figure out why still they're being the way they're being.
Because it really, really, really sucks. A LOT.
I had a dream about standing on some train tracks and commenting about how it was weird that sometimes you would see people coming and sometimes you would see people going and that the people coming didn't even care about running into you and it was like what happened in Germany less than 100 years ago. Did not die of any collisions and it was just people, not trains, who were coming, but they were on train tracks.
Oh Lord, what a weird dream it was. It wasn't even like a nightmare. It was just really weird dream, and then it ended with eating very crunchy restaurant style tortilla chips and thinking about what to possibly order off a menu at a Mexican restaurant, but then again maybe not, because everything is so expensive.
Even though I lay here and groan and I have indigestion the kitty is being so nice and cute anyways.
Maybe I can think about cats for the rest of the day.

Patriarchal people deserve a reminder: girls and women who need health care deserve a lot better than the selfish, trite, sexist, patriarchal bullshit that you were indoctrinated with.
Obviously!!!!!!
Shallow, sexist, greedy, unwell, mean, and horribly unhelpful!
I really hope the people who felt they had to be so selfish and disappointing go find Jesus or whatever they need.
And heal from whatever warped messages they got that made them (or still make them) act like that.
Good grief. It's pathetic. It's really sad.
Maybe if I groan a lot it will help heal the body or relieve some of the tension.
Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. Yuck. WHY.
Maybe some much deeper wisdom can emerge.
It must not be so great to realize that being so selfish could look so bad and that it contributed to the dehumanization of people, including children.
Not great choices! Not what the good doctor ordered. So much smoke and mirrors.
Ugh. Help me get to a better place now.
People do not need to act like they're another incarnation of the selfish Germans in WWII.
Get to a better place, for pity's sake, expect better. How hard could that actually be? Expect something better, for humans, for yourself, for people you are connected to and rely on. It can happen.
Being so gullible is not the way to go.
I need to heal myself and help my body heal, too.
I'm going to have to get better at pursuing my own healing path and not be so attached to how disappointing others were.
I hope the universe will give me help with this task. It can be difficult to move on and heal.
Like, it almost feels like I have to heal an old gunshot wound or something. That's how it feels. It's really like, yeah, lots of healing needs to happen there.
Please help us heal, wonderful, smart, wise, kind healing energies that know more than me. Please help, and I will accept this help now.
The body knows that the stuff about people in certain types of bodies being more put down by the insecure fascists is really not okay, and pretending that it ever was okay is not healthy or healing at all.
I know that people who were capable of much better have made choices that were so beneath what they could have been doing.
Why? Insecurities? Ignorance?
Maybe they got pressured to go along with certain practices and to think in certain ways and to act entitled in ways that are extremely harmful and damaging.
They were taught that lying to themselves and going along with an unwell, unjust culture was the best way for them to feel better about themselves.
But clearly not everyone can go along with those patterns, and what they chose and what they are still choosing is not good enough for everyone.
I have had some health issues / symptoms again and I can tell I will need to get myself better and focus more on my health again.

It hurts and it impacts my health, but people can be very stubborn when they don't want to know about some things. I have to figure out how I can be better with myself now, because I need to heal things inside of myself, physically and emotionally.
I am determined to get better now. Even if it takes time.
Dinner was disappointing. My tastebuds have abandoned my brain's ability to derive pleasure from food or vice versa. This can change, though.
Oh my, what created this strangeness in the older sister?
https://www.reddit.com/r/weddingshaming/s/KTh3JG8HZR
Scrolling through 1, 2, 3 screenshots. That was a humorous ending! I feel giggles.
If you don't have any consideration for other people's human rights or genetics (including your own children because they don't have a carbon copy of your genetics, they have their own genetics! And they've now been made to live in a different society with very different rules, especially in certain states!) Then I guess you're doing it right, according to whatever the unhealed patriarchal society says.
At least I got some time to lie on the blanket outside today. Cycles are another factor really affecting my physical and mental and emotional states too. It's too bad patriarchal society wants people to be so ignorant. And cruel. I think nature can be healing and this is a good thing to remember.
It is the greatest thing to be a mother! Is it also great to care about healthcare for girls and women? Interesting that you do not seem to think so.
I think something that is not cool about the cult of motherhood in a patriarchal society is that it trains people to act like you're not an okay person in a female body unless you've had children. Some of the worst people in the world have had children. Some people make you wish that their children will act a lot different from them when they get older.
What a funny memory! I was a little kid and encountered a misogynistic spoiled brat. He threw stuff at me and put me down for being a girl. An older girl saw that I was crying. She said that was mean, and she took me with her into the girls' locker room. She acted like we were going someplace very special. It was not that exciting to be in the girls' locker room, though. I said, this is boring in here, and it was. But at least she tried! All these years later, that memory comes back. She was indignant at that mean little kid for being such a bully to a girl.
Sitting outside and kind of wanting to cry but also kind of happy to be able to hear some wind chimes when the breeze goes by. It's like the best it can get right now.

Squalling baby having a fit!
These things happen so often, it's practically impossible to pay close enough attention to them.
Making some "they're coming to take me away to the funny farm" types of sounds and barking like a dog! Bird sounds are great, too.
Looking at the happy sunshiny leaves and trees and clouds outside and groaning like an old man that's dying and now I think I'm going to go take a shower! And I will spend time outside today and commune with the ground.
Americans who live elsewhere could send some good vibes for the Americans who are living here through this incredibly crappy time.
Alright body, we can do that stuff later. I accept our fragilities!

Oh, my poor body. Stress took the place of the Nazis in this life. The body really deserves so much better, doesn't it?
I'm slowly starting to feel better. Toxic, selfish assholes are really bad for my body, says my nervous system. But when my nervous system goes into overwhelm, I get sick and I deserve better than that. I deserve so much more balance than that.
I woke up feeling very unwell and now I must pray for a universe that has more wisdom in it to help me feel better and to help me access more healing and guidance and wisdom. Please help us heal now. I pray for healing now.
Maybe it's because a time like now would be a really good time to do that!
"I will get more cookies from patriarchal society if I'm an emotionally immature parent who does not know how to consider other people's children or my own children. And all the while, I will go on and on about how magnificent the experience of parenting is for me. What a character building experience for the kids, especially the different ones! I am sure the struggle will make them grow and develop in unique ways."
Who has the patriarchy rewarded for caring about people with different genetics?
Who needs to perpetuate a very small-minded take on parenting?
Like, so small-minded that it actually needlessly endangers the health of "certain" human beings?
People who still need to fit in with an unwell patriarchal society, I guess, feel the need to do that?
Don't know why.
But people pretending that things are just fine is too much nonsense for me to deal with right now.
Look, I'm glad that certain people have decided that now they don't like the way immigrants are being treated, but why were some of these same people unable to stand for women's health / reproductive rights when it was important?
Especially since I just watched a video of a woman crying after a loved one had a miscarriage and not getting the proper medical care in her state killed her.
Hope none of them reincarnate as a woman who needs any important medical care in the next life.
And I hope that the one who died does reincarnate as somebody who gets the proper medical care that she needed and that she should have gotten in the first place.

I cannot name, only process, and I hope to feel better soon, because I don't know why I have to experience this, but I know people have experienced some real horrors. Margot Frank and Anne Frank experienced horrors. Why? How can humanity become better again? Maybe we must our process feelings and grief in order to get better.
I also feel I don't really need to hear arguments about how the past was different from what's happening now.
Het is vergelijkbaar genoeg.
I really have to give myself a lot more help and healing now.
