And now, more peace again.
I am feeling good now, after being in some low places. I almost can't remember them now.
I would have been hospitalized in another time.
There were moments of not knowing why certain physical pains were happening, and also why did the universe arrange things in certain ways. For instance, it made feel like I was living a life that just around the corner from one lived by Anne & Margot (once again, I accidentally write 'Margaux' and then correct it) and it seemed like I was wired to experience reality in ways that are different from some other people.
Me and boxes of flower essences and energy medicine exercises, just trying to get through things, as more and more "stuff" comes up.
And now I get to feel at peace and good and calm and committed to healing my body and her nervous system and it's such a blessing. I don't take calm, peaceful moments for granted. They are beautiful.
Evolving...
I feel a great sense of gratitude that so many in the universe have wisdom, and that I can benefit from their wisdom and ask for help.

I am considering several sources for what to be eating (the Abascal Way, the guy in the documentary about the Blue Zones, Medical Medium recipes, various internet recipes that I read and tweak), and wholesome foods may take longer to prepare but they are genuinely also more filling! No wonder so many people gain weight eating processed foods. It's as if the brain doesn't think it's getting enough nutrients from whatever's going in your mouth and keeps telling you to eat more...

Let's choose better health again.
You are able to choose your health so you can get better and release old ways even if the old ways are familiar and even if it seems like it's really hard to do that.
I will do my best to be more health focused now.
I have to heal and focus on my health. It's the way I need to go. Its the best I can do for now. I need to listen to what my body is telling me.
I believe this.
If I were in a war zone tonight, instead of being affected from a distance for whatever myriad reasons (such as, being an empath, it's part of this life's purpose, it's not as far away as it seems, it's part of what I came to work out on this planet, etcetra) I would need lots of healing tools in order to survive.
Why not believe in real love from high above.
And believe that at all ages, you are children of a God or a caring universe that loves you, and wants you to be able to heal, and wants the very best for you.
Living Beings on Earth Deserve Better, We Know.
I wish all people and animals could have blessed humane living conditions, and that they could peacefully and joyfully embrace a much better life, now.
People should let themselves change for the better
You're at the point where there's a great opportunity to acknowledge the injustice fully so you can actually heal from it. Not irresponsibly bypass it and dehumanize your cousins with more fearful fake toxic positivity.
Even that can't last forever.

“The Addams Family is a spicy bunch. Since they were born outside, and didn’t get any human interaction for the first weeks of their life, they need a lot of socializing to make them ready for permanent homes.
So, I set about the task to win them over with my charm.
Things were going along great for the first few days. They were eating well and allowing me to hold them for brief periods of time without hissing and spitting at me.
Uncle Fester, a gorgeous black and white little guy seemed to favor me the most — coming to sit next to me when I’d sit down on the floor of the bathroom (where they’ve set up camp).
I’m not one to play favorites. But if I did, Uncle Fester would most certainly be my favorite. His gentle nature and curious eyes melted my heart. Of the three, he seemed to be the most interested in me, too.
I was in love — and about to have my heart broken.
On the fourth day, I woke up to find that Uncle Fester had passed away in the middle of the night.
When I saw him lying there, something inside me broke. So, I sat there, holding him silently for over an hour before I could turn my brain back on.
I took them all back to the shelter to have them tested to make sure the others weren’t also sick. After running all the routine tests, the remaining two kittens were deemed healthy and disease free.
Uncle Fester’s abrupt death remains unexplained (and odd since he showed no prior signs of being ill) — so I’ll never know if there was something I could have done to keep it from happening.”

Wow, I had such dreams.
They about traveling in rough places (very close to the ground, & perhaps not in the world's wealthiest areas) and then it ended with a dream about a tall blond woman who seemed to be having some kind of a midlife crisis, and at the very end, there was an image of a young boy who was paddling down a creek and using his mouth to make what were possibly bird calls, or other kinds of whistling sounds.
Sigh. Sprinkle of lemon juice and put away for later.

Trauma is wily, sometimes, isn't it.
If some supposedly privileged people who have been deeply influenced by patriarchal cultural values still want to deal with life by being exceedingly insensitive, narcissistic, rude, selfish, and even rather milquetoast about some kinds of violence in certain situations, then I am sorry they can't see a better way of doing things. Because they are capable of better. I believe they would be nicer to themselves in the long run if they worked on healing from their own traumas, too.

Drawing on my current lifetime experiences as a support for the evolution of my soul's journey.
I time travel back to a few decades ago, and when a friend tells me she thinks I should never go back to a place, I'll say, "Actually, compared to what the future has in store, this place is gonna seem kind of like a walk in the park, a nourishing picnic."
I am gonna just think about the holidays now.
My ghost children from other lifetimes will be so disappointed if I can't pull it together by Christmas.

They're almost definitely going to the food bank, too. Where on Earth can a family with 3 kids live in California and still meet that 3x/ the annual household income requirement at 70k a year in 2023! That's too much math for my aching neck to take on right now.
