Isn't that what everyone's doing, basically?

I'm definitely going to figure out how to profit more off of my genetics one of these days!!!!

A luteal phase day:

Castor oil pack with heating pad to help cramps and listening to soundbath music off YouTube.

Black currant seed oil 

Vitamin D

Turmeric / curcumin.

Dr Kellyann lemon grass bone broth. 

Some TJs banana smoothie

I did Donna Eden energy medicine videos

Daily routine

Tracing radiant circuits

Taking down the flame

I traced my meridians, too 

I would love to learn how to do some qi gong or tai chi. That would be good for me.

Two eggs in olive oil with kale pieces and grape tomato halves, salt and pepper, basil and oregano.

1 cholacaol and 1 prolamine iodine

Some of the rest of my apple cider vinegar ginger drink from yesterday with orange peel in it 

And some of the ginger pieces by themselves

One ibuprofen and one fish oil, because cramps.

A mango applesauce. 

I'm cooking the squash flatbread thing with just a little bit of gluten free flour and even less of chickpea flour. So it's mostly squash and onions.

I ate some. 

I took some B12 and boron.

And then I took some cholacol & choline after I felt a little bit of twinge in the upper right quadrant.

Had an energy balancing session & took one ibuprofen afterward because I felt twinges of cramps sitting down, but then I didn't feel it when I stood up. 

I ate pureed baby food from Aldi I like which includes pears, beets and flaxseed and other stuff. Lots of other stuff. Might list it later. 

I got hungry around 6:00 and I ate some bites of cold squash flatbread and then I was warming it up in the oven. And I was warming up some pre-cooked chicken with kale and I felt cramps, but they were lighter ones but still. 

I made myself some ginger tea, lay down in bed and had one turmeric and another black currant seed oil.

It's starting to feel better now. Geez, it's like all the cramps I missed out on in the months I wasn't having my period are coming back recently, or something?

Let's go eat my dinner now. Oh good! The chicken and the kale is still warm. Going to have it with warm squash flatbread and Murasaki sweet potato. 

Maybe I'll have some unsweetened cranberry juice to drink.

I'm eating good today!

Not included in these notes: I'm also drinking tons of water.
