I am in bed with the heating pad again and I have been hungry and I have been eating healthy on purpose and yet then I ate something that was maybe not as healthy just because it involved a piece of bread. Even though I've eaten several small meals today, with protein and vegetables and sweet potato for the starch and / or applesauce for fruit. I got up and got a piece of bread with almond better and some jam and my mouth was watering because I was so hungry but I ate it and it wasn't even that interesting to taste. It didn't even taste that good. And then straight away I felt cramps coming so I went back to bed and I had turmeric and omega-3 and this heating pad with the castor oil pack, and it helps, it really does. But gosh this has been a rough day. Still, it could have been worse. There have been worse days.
