X: okay you know I love your laid-back attitude and I can learn much from your ways but I also remember that roommate (she was also a young mom!) with the f'ed up friends who broke in and stole stuff from us and we disagreed about still letting her and her bf who we found out was a felon who had stolen cars in the past stay with us for 30 days to find a new place because she seemed like a nice and contrite person but also she was really immature and not long after she left some people stole your old car and wrecked it...
