XY: "The rep was nice but the company is sexist."
XX: "Yeah, I'm adding you. Why did they write me to say you're adding me?"
Sometimes written correspondence falls short.
XY: "Why does my name have Mr. next to it."
XX: "You're a man! They don't want you to feel demeaned. And unmanly."
