Better Things Can Still Happen!
If you ever have a nightmare that tells you an environment is simply too toxic for your health at the moment...
Partially because too many people are still going along with a sexist, albeist culture in exchange for a paycheck...
Hopefully you can heal and find a much better place to be in the future.
Also, hopefully, places that were less than healthy in the past can still improve ALOT and be much better in the future, which is more likely to happen once they start admitting there's value in treating people decently.
Or, more straightforwardly, will Shepherd's Purse help stop the bleeding?
