It's telling me that what people need to do is to start getting a lot more healthy and truthful, because faking that things are fine is not gonna make stuff better.
Even though there were some good times, I experienced some really traumatic stuff, & had a bad dream that told me I could NOT go back to a place
Because it was NOT healthy enough for who I am to keep on going back there.
