Body's truth is.
After a day where I mostly feel fine, I take a nap. I feel dreadful upon waking. I actually have chills so I put on a sweater and get a blanket. I have low-level cramps and feel nauseated. My body seems it could have bladder infection. I take an ibuprofen and go to the bathroom. I have terrible anxiety and know I cannot go out to dinner.
15 minutes later, I am lying in bed, texting my order for a very healthy meal to bring back along with unsweetened cranberry juice. I feel a lot better, but still very grateful to be lying in bed underneath a heating pad.
Just say no to nachos with cheese during the Luteal Phase for lunch next time?
