The next generation does not have to suffer like this.
You feel better, someone else brings home some stuff, you think you are out of the woods and eat it, then you suffer and suffer and suffer. BUT ONLY during a certain phase.
Time to try to repair tiny personal hell. It could be hours more or under 20 minutes. I hope for under 20 minutes right now.
