To feel your health issues are inconvenient.
But things can get better.
To negotiate physical pain and emotional anxiety.
But things can improve.
To feel that too many societies shame women, some more than others.
But societies can change.
To not "fit in."
But who ever really fits in anyway?
It is not easy.
But you can find gifts.

If not quiet, than maybe more of that music for menstrual cramps or "It Don't Come Easy" by Ringo Starr...but also quiet is good. Birds chirping is nice, too.
