A team of inclusiveness is my favorite, and the opposite is a depressing let down of what could be or could have been. If "winning" for some people means excluding people, feeding fragile egos and being on a team where gossip, belittling and discrimination runs rampant, I would rather not. I would rather be on the "losing $" team.
Values, values, values. What are they for? To guide us to treat people better and live purposeful lives.
