Wisdom is expanding...

Really think they should study temporary pain dulling effects because after cramps and then feeling better and then going to a Pilates class at the beginning of the class I didn't seem to feel pain as much as other people. It only lasted about for the first 10 minutes of class though. (No meds. Unless you count rubbing black currant seed oil into the skin as medicine.)
