If there is some kind of collective shame about violence, sex trafficking, kidnappings, and that sort of thing, can that ever be put to good use where an outcome of more healing and less shame could be possible?

He makes a distinction between guilt and shame and he says that guilt is actually something that helps people correct bad behavior. Is this always the case? Hmmm. I'm not so sure about that.Oh, but there's also true guilt versus false guilt!
People have a lot of healing to do.
