What you might actually do when you get the "free time" to burn out... 😒
After you finally recover from bronchitis, start the beginnings of learning some languages, and then lose almost all energy to be able to focus on that, too. Because now you have another health problem and you have to redesign everything you eat and drink to help heal your gallbladder, and you have to also heal these little parts of you that got traumatized and pitched into horrible situations, and after obsessively searching about why some lump in the back of your throat tends to come and go, you wonder if there's an emotional component, but then, dear, please know, that any freaking moment when you're a little bit happy or you're a little bit relaxed or you found a video that made you laugh or was funny, oh my goodness, please for the love of humanity, stop and smell the roses, even if just for that moment, please! Humans deserve to have healed and repaired nervous systems, too. We will all re-heal and repair ourselves. It will happen, either in this lifetime or in the next, or in the future ones.

It's nice to remember that humans can be a lot better to other humans sometimes.
I'm going to have to figure out how to make myself get better at healing, but you know what. Maybe if I struggle, that's a human thing, too.
Learning how to help a certain kind of body when a human is having a participant's experience.
Ha, yes, another participant in the "Humans living on Earth" experience!
These lessons with this body have really been challenging recently.
But at least I do feel a bit more peaceful.
May the universe help me do what I am here to do, please!

The cocaine addicts really do seem to need a lot of help, too, our dear heavenly lover of humanity, our kind and good brother in heaven, Jesus Christ.
I pulled it off.
I got the laundry in the machines, and I realized that there's people who think that they're living the American dream right now and they're going to look like a bunch of insecure cocaine addicts who used their materialistic possessions to dehumanize and destroy other people.
Blessed healing forces, help us please.
When you're not feeling well, having to go outside to do the laundry is just like really daunting. Yes, I do live with a good person but he's on his work shift, and I signed up to do laundry, and I need to do it and it's just like the littlest things become like monumental things to do. It's not fun. It's cold outside. I couldn't do my laundry earlier because everybody else was doing it. I wish I had a washer and dryer inside my apartment. I really do. There's multiple levels of physical and psychological things happening. I also need to heal heartbreak because I'm pretty sure there's something about my not feeling well right now. That's connected to other things about how humans are so awful to one another and they abandon each other sometimes and and it's really something I've got get healed from and not suffer from so much. For example, there's so much bad stuff happening with the people in charge and so many people are just ignoring it and that's really sad. But at the same time I'm starting to understand why it happens because if you think about it so much you get sick and then your body starts to fail you and like you need to take care of your body. The corrupt people in charge are not going to be there forever though, but I just wish humans were smarter and would change faster. But I just wish humans were smarter and would change faster. Okay I got to do what I got to do. Okay I got to do what I got to do. I will do what I got to do. And please dear angels help me do what I got to do.

Maybe my body is fighting an infection because part of my throat is swollen but not sore and I looked it up and maybe that's on account of swollen lymph nodes.
Dear Universe, please help me know what I need to do to help myself.
I feel like crying but I've been keeping a food diary today and yesterday. I'm eating more healthy for a gallbladder. This is like what happened before but nothing ever showed up when I paid lots of money for tests and scans. The way standard society treats people with health issues is just so terribly depressing sometimes and I will just pray for more guidance, and I also have some practices I can use to help myself.

I love the word "rejuvenation" today.
I have asked the universe to make me more sensitive and open to health, wellness, balance, healing, and good, calm feelings that will help rejuvenate a body. Beautiful! Let it be so.
Okay buddy, we'll work together. I will get better at taking care of this body. I will do it. I will. I will. I will.
Thank you for the lessons. Even though they really do feel difficult to process sometimes, but things will get better. I know it.
When the world operates in ways that feel mean to your body, you need to just get better at taking care of your body, and know that one day it will be more resilient again.
And also, for your own health, it's best to try to forgive those people who lack understanding, because they honestly know not what they do, really.
Peace and courage. And love. And gratitude.
There's a big lesson to learn, and that is there is no one way that everyone is supposed to behave on this planet.
If you are supposed to stay at home and take care of your body right now because you've got a lot going on, then that's what you're supposed to be doing.
Other people do not live in your body and they do not have your experiences and they do not have your genetics and they are not trained by society to understand what's going on with another.
But it is good to know that you can still find some people who are good at being flexible, and those people will probably be better for you to talk to.
In fact, flexible people are really God's gift to the planet and I wish to be a lot more like those kinds of people in the future.
But for now, I really have to be really focused on taking care of the health of this particular body. But someday I will be able to leave the house (er, apartment) more again.
Big lessons.
Maybe someday soon there will be more balance and the body will feel better.
Trying to correct imbalance is a very, very big challenge for the one who lives in this body sometimes.
It's like a big job that you don't get even paid for at all. But I know I will feel better in the not too distant future.

I don't know, people's brains are wired differently. We can't all be the same. We can't all be made happy from the same things. That being said, maybe sometimes, when it's accessible, appreciating the little things is really the key to happiness.
Sounds like a plan!
If you have the opportunity to learn some things and take a break from an old way of doing things because that wasn't the best for your health, please make the most of it, and even if your time seems solitary, maybe it will turn into something that can create more connections and help more people in the future.

A Church dream came to me.
I dreamed I was in a different place where there was an ornate church and there were lots of beautiful views and mostly a combination of Latino people and white people went to this church and a lot of them were probably a lot more conservatively minded than I am, but I wonder if it's a real church and if it exists somewhere. I was mostly on the outside of this church. There were places on the outside where people gathered and I was on the grounds of the church and I saw the outside portion of it more than I saw anything on the inside.

What are dreams for?
As I'm reading, I realized that I had a weird dream last night and Margaux Fragoso was in it. She lived longer. There were people she was friends with and I was friends with, too. We went to events and made memories. And that was all a dream. Maybe we'll speak again. It seems as if it's something that could happen.

We were in younger bodies, being nice to each other and helping each other out, both the boys and the girls were, and we had different skin tones. We were about to go off to school or something, but we were going to meet up afterwards and help each other out again, obviously!
And just at the end of the dream, one of the older boys dressed up as Santa Claus and was going to be delivering presents to people, and it was fun!
The dream was also an acknowledgment that people need help from others at times, and it's good to acknowledge that. There was none of this, "You have to be tough or else you're dead to us" selfish nonsense.
The dream was full of young people who wanted to help, and they received good feelings and experienced true happiness by helping and giving to others. They weren't under resourced or overly stressed. It was just the natural state of things, for them. By helping and giving to others they were helping and giving to themselves.
Dreams can show us healthier ways of being.
The dream about the adopted siblings was so much better! The best thing about the dream is that it felt real. There was not one part of the dream where I said, oh, this is obviously a dream. This is obviously fake. No, it really felt like the real thing.
That was really nifty of the universe to send me such a nice dream. It was just a little bit cold and harsh to wake up and realize, oh, it's so different from the reality that you experienced in this life.

I have been immensely, helpfully humbled today.
I might become one of those people who prays more. I am surviving difficult times. Thank you for the help, because it's been painful having several difficult health problems, but maybe we're getting better now.
In honor of kind people who feel blessed to lean on Jesus and a merciful & loving Creator. Grateful for the Holy Easter lessons. And much gratitude for the ability to rest more in this body, which really does need it. Blessings and healings be bestowed upon us. Thank you for any whisper of a reminder of where I need to be focusing myself and my attention to follow a higher path.

I'm super grateful to my body for starting to get better now.
When I was coughing really badly, I told the universe, oh come on, stop this, because it felt as if just around the corner I could imagine Anne Frank's older sister Margot asking one of the helpers to tell her about something or show her something that she wanted to learn more about.
I mean, it's been so interesting to feel like there could be an aspect of reality in which all those people still exist and maybe their spirits are still around us and they're helping people.
But I was also just like, okay, can I just not have that hanging over my head right now?
It's in the background of my life though, for some reason, it's there. It's been there for quite a while. That's part of the reason why I need to do a Zen color app so much is to help me deal with knowing that stuff like that affects my life a lot, even now.
I accept that I am a person living in a certain type of society and in a certain era of History.
I still feel like I need to remember that nature is really important and that it's far more powerful than just people by themselves are.
I think a long illness can do weird things to your brain.
I feel like there must be a light at the end of the tunnel for a time that is as foggy as this has been getting lately.

Let's step into something better.
Maybe the universe can help me of the ticklish feelings in the lungs and throat, to observe and then release experiences. Now you see that these people did something that you would have not done? Well, it's time to release that and move on.
Please can we get better now?
It's so bewildering. I just wish that I was getting better more quickly. Prayers. Help us, universe, help us. Maybe something really interesting can happen that will really be great and help us with healing ourselves.
Peace and Harmony are very beautiful qualities.
Sometimes having property and a home brings people more peace and harmony, and that's a good thing
Anyways, I hope people get more balanced and well.
Worshipping the ownership of property or a home is like worshipping a bad boyfriend who doesn't treat you well but you settled for that anyways. Patriarchal culture sold you a bill of goods and it wasn't the best bill of goods that you could have in this life.

I'm just letting the universe know that I'm acknowledging my suffering. I wish I was better already. I'm tired of being sick. I want to get better. I like my cat. She's cute.
I will need to find better ways so I can get better health back.
I want to heal my lungs. I do not want to worship money, property, home ownership the way some people seem to, as if they went to the church that told them to throw away the teachings of Jesus and become very self-absorbed, materialistic people who bully others. This country also deserves much better leadership and the suffering ones are creating excess suffering and they don't need to do that. However, I can only manage my own circumstances right now.

I'm going to take the pain in my neck from coughing and my lungs into a hot steamy shower again.
Grateful for people who've been kind lately.
Really grateful to have encountered some kindness in the universe and really need my body to get better at healing even though some other people have really been letting their unkind, uncomfortable, and uncompassionate flags fly recently. This imbalanced materialistic culture is damaging our health, and I need to learn how to make healing a priority, because I have been sicker than I want to be.

I'm going to ask a higher power again to help me feel a lot more healed, because I can't be sick like this forever. I just can't.
Harder to experience the materialistic comforts when the body is sick, huh?
I'm slightly fascinated by how some people could have gotten convinced that doing the stuff I know is unhealthy for my body was good enough for them, and I suppose the access to materialistic comforts has a lot to do with it.
Oh well.
Bullying and discriminating against girls and pampering insecure white men and minimizing violence just to fit in with some other violent people in exchange for access to some temporary materialistic comforts is not a good enough solution for everybody.
