What do the fortunate ones do with their more money and extra resources?

How to have compassion for the uncaring people who act like you're worth less than the rich property-owning white people? 

Or maybe they do sometimes value some of the people who aren't as white or rich, just as long as those people know it's very important to also act like certain people are worth more to their society than others.
