I have a lot of work to do on getting my own health in better shape and although I have many a time gotten distracted by the weird American addiction to certain Patriarchal figures acting uncaring and stupid and needy and greedy, I forgive myself. Plus it's not only an American ailment. It just seems that way sometimes.
