I say, shame on these people.

I was warned about very bad behavior on the part the part of a certain tenured professor many times.  

I was also called in for a special meeting about it.

And literally these kinds of words came out of the mouth of someone who thought she was a feminist: 

"I expect if you do anything with him it will be your choice."

Disgusting. Making his behavior my problem and my responsibility in her brain.

Disgusting.

This person later went on to say what a great and beloved professor he was. Apparently, he went away and then came back and who knows, maybe his behavior was improved after that. 

Who knows. 

So anyways behind closed doors terrible things were said about him to me by the supposedly feminist woman.

But in public great accolades were given to this man. By the same person. 

I really do think tenure warps people's brains.

People are just filled with a capacity for lies and terrible behavior and sexist, disgusting attitudes. 

That's what I discovered.

Oh, and he always loved to talk about how he was a dad and how he had a daughter. 

Too bad it didn't fix any of his problems when he became a parent.

Probably in part because there was a whole system set up to accommodate and enable people like him to not get better.
