When does the "How to be those people" - i.e. the ones who really seem to need other people to echo their "bigotry" or perhaps it is better to say "insensitivities to certain kinds of issues and people in order to justify their values and lifestyle choices" recruiting start up again, and how can you take more steps to further avoid these disrespectful and unwell recruiters in the future?
It's just really not something that's for everyone, you see.
