It feels like when people keep making excuses for the narcissistic, controlling patriarchy, that is just too Irresponsible-to-Others to be a good idea. It feels really, really, really unhealthy to me when I see it happening. If you want society to get better, it seems not the BEST way to go. If you want society to get worse for a lot of people or go backwards...well, honestly, why would you want that?
