Dear wonderful universe, please let me know forever that humanity deserves all the love and healing and beauty and let me remember it well. I can only make healing myself and my suffering a big priority right now. I can love myself. So many voices have made us feel guilty if we weren't a certain way, but we are serving our higher purposes when we truly and deeply honor and love ourselves and our needs. Please help me get better at it. And I appreciate those healing energies and healers and helpers.
