Also, that thing where the internet freaked out about G. Paltrow and her steams just seemed like the most sheeple thing ever. Aren't they basically sitz baths, but in a steam form? No one's freaking out about sitz baths.
I think I'll go out and buy a bunch of herbs, dump them in my bathwater, and just steam.
