This made me wonder what the feminine version is.

I was thinking about the part in "Ducks..." where the women criticize another woman for calling out some of the behavior in the camps.

Some women learned to feel a kind of aggrieved entitlement about upholding aspects of the patriarchy so they can benefit from going along with it in certain ways. And they don't want to be challenged or feel bothered that other girls and women do not.
