I was thinking about my friend again. After I found out she died, I felt a lot of fear that I would experience the same thing. I had a good conversation with a healer about this. She told me, "You're preparing yourself for a situation that hasn't even happened."
And...the cat just threw up! Right on schedule.
Too much kibble.
