This is how I partially feel, and this also is how I partially feel.

In part, I'm completely flabbergasted that there were people who definitely didn't seem like the kind who wanted to abandon women and girls when I knew them at certain points in time. But then their behavior when they got older just seemed to be a replica of whatever was going on around them as they grew up, and it was like they just ingested it, and they just reenacted that stuff that they learned from the Patriarchal Society they grew up in. So part of that is like a big abandonment experience. But then again, it's also like, well, maybe that's what was going on all along, and we just weren't being truthful about it. And now is the time when people can get truthful about what belief systems they were exposed to, and how those belief systems actually affected them.
