Maybe there were ancestors who acted like how some others are still acting now, and since many people normalized certain patterns, and wanted me to act like their ways are "normal," I had to realize on a deeper level that I could truly believe it's not "normal" to be that way.
I sort of had a dream (or an experience in a half awake state) that a kind woman with a healer orientation was working with me on my left and then some energy got into me from above and it felt like a lot of tension and stress and I began to scream but there was drums and music mixed in with that energy to align with and cleanse that fierce tension. It was primordial.
