Healing Vibrations

I think this is the "in-between" state I was in this morning when I had an experience of feeling like there was a "healer" presence on one side of me helping with with some kind of process, and then I think I might have even verbally said to them that I needed to let some kind of experience come up for me before experienced this great energy of tension, which also made me vocalize anguish, and it was somehow mixed with listening to intense music and drumming that may have transmuted it so that when I woke up I didn't feel that kind of anguish anymore.
I really believe this experience in the morning was for my benefit. I gave myself permission to experience it, and it didn't fix everything for me (I still went about my day and got irritated about various things) but it underscored that I know there really is something about a certain kind of music that's got a lot of really primal drum beats being able to help people deal with heavy trauma. I just want to say to the universe: I BELIEVE!!!
I wonder if there was singing involved in it too. I think there was. Oh, I should have written down more details. Oh well.
It's very different from the music in this video but both can be good for healing people in different ways.
The music in the video above is kind of more like to soothe and calm.
The more primordial music I heard inside my brain, I don't know where it came from. Maybe it's being played somewhere else on Earth and I was just allowed to tap into it. I feel like somebody knows what its purpose is. It's like it's supposed to help people when they have really dreadful tension and energy built up inside of them. It helps transmute it. That's why I was thinking it would help prevent violent crimes from happening, because violent crimes are almost never really good for the person who commits them. They're in a state of madness when they commit them, and if they could get help, like access to that music and it would help transmute that energy in them, that would be much better.
I wonder if something about the experience I had was also influenced by the video I watched where a girl said she had to fight off a man trying to kill her in Grand Central Station in NYC, and there was a big bystander effect, in which a bunch of people just stood around and watched, and that was very harsh.
