You know, sorry about needing to communicate this, but actually, Trump is very Entertainment / Hollywood Industry, because Hollywood is filled with men and women who have looked the other way countless times during very abusive situations, and it's not okay, that stops somewhere, and I hope it's more than my body saying no to that, and my body knows it deserves better than that, so quit the fascist / sexist / racist nonsense, or at the very least be more honest, and know how exclusionary it really still is.

Health is very important. Sometimes it's a real challenge for me. Really. I know it.
I have to get much, much, much better at taking care of my health. My nervous system, the genetics I got, my monthly cycle, everything. I have to balance the part of me that's affected by society and reacts to things with the part that knows how to be better at seeking a more healing path. Like I just need it so much.
My body is a teacher. It doesn't matter if others can't get it. They don't have the same situation. Life purposes vary for a whole lot of reasons.
Everyone is different but we should all get better at taking care of our health, is how I feel, based on what I see happening, and how I have been feeling.
That's not gonna last, you guys...
I feel that in the first quarter of the 21st century, there are some men who are in certain places who maybe feel these compulsions to act out strangely (NOT strangle-y, I fixed that) because they're testing boundaries of their Patriarchal Bubbles and acting like small children, just to see what they can get away with, and I feel that I have met a few of them...

I have an opinion; here it is!
Some of you need to start asking the "people with values" why they literally straight up HATE certain types of girls and women so f****** much.
Oh! They want 9-year-old rape victims to give birth SO bad?
So now, If you help a 9-year-old rape victim get an abortion, so she doesn't have to give birth when her body literally is not even ready to go through that sort of process, now, according to them, you're "trafficking" her?

They really want people to not be like they were. They're like "we really f***** it up so bad." They're begging for help. They're begging anybody with a shred of integrity and psychic ability to tune in and get their message out to Humanity.

Kitty was older than Anne Frank, and she's still alive, as of today!
"Rumours began in August 1944 that Auschwitz was to be evacuated. Kitty's mother was selected as one of 100 prisoners to be removed from the camp. She saw the commandant walking and ran to him and deferentially requested that her daughter be allowed to leave the camp with her. The commandant obliged. Kitty has stated it was probably due to her mother's perfect respectful formal spoken German. So, in November 1944, Kitty was taken along with several hundred prisoners to Gross-Rosen concentration camp.[2] Every day, the camp occupants were marched to a nearby town to work in the Philips electronic factory."
Anyways, I keep getting distracted by what perfect, exquisite German Kitty's mom spoke.
It saved their lives. She describes it about an hour and three minutes into the film.

"Before #MeToo There Was Aarefah Mosavi" - BAMN
To make progress, more shadow work could be done, maybe?
Maybe when people are so much meaner to certain types of girls and women and act so discriminatory towards them in ways that have triggered anxiety, nightmares and panic attacks in someone like me, reminding me of callous cruel behavior that has happened before, it's because they weren't ever given any permission to explore their shadow side.
People are like: "That one is bad" (projecting their shadow more onto certain types of women) and then they treat her badly, or ignore what she's saying, while making all kinds of excuses for other kinds of cruelty. Because that's they were taught to make excuses for. That's what Nazis did, too. But people have "comparison to Nazis" fatigue.
Here's a cat to say hello to me.
I am glad my cat is nicer to be around than some people who just get rewarded when they cluelessly repeat old patterns of discrimination because they weren't taught to do any better than that.
But shadow work certainly is a very good concept to explore more.

Shadow Work
"Last summer, a book changed Kohn Glay’s life.
A TikTok ad had steered him to 'The Shadow Work Journal,' a slim workbook that directs readers to explore hidden parts of their unconscious — their shadow selves, in the book’s vernacular. He ordered a copy, and soon was back on TikTok, fervently recommending it to his followers.
'If you’re on your spiritual journey, you absolutely need to go and get you one of these,' he says in the video, urging viewers to buy the book in the TikTok store."

Emotional immaturity can actually be dangerous to people 's lives sometimes.
I feel like the more I end up looking at the history of the Holocaust, the more I see that a lot of it happened because people just pretended it wasn't that bad. They weren't even looking at the bad stuff they were doing to people the vast majority of time. They didn't want to look at it. They just wanted to let it go on and not take any responsibility.
How hard is that?

If you've ever survived an environment in which people were blatantly unashamed about being determined to ignore inequities that are going to look so much more difficult to ignore in the future...
Your universe might also be telling you that sometimes, the Nazis of the past were just the bullies that you chose to align yourselves with. In a different lifetime. In exchange for some benefits, and some paychecks, and perhaps to make things more comfortable for your circle of friends.
Maybe that's what happened in a previous lifetime.
But humans are meant to evolve.

Poetry about the Patriarchy by Bernadette Kirwan
Go for it, Universe
I wonder if the universe can help me more with this big non-paying job I've been dealing with in this lifetime, which is figuring out the best ways to treat this particular kind of female body.
I have emotional aftermath of cramps.
Once again, I believe that a good dose of black currant oil helps when dealing with painful cramps! But the emotional aftermath is still something to process.
First, I got this powerful feeling of grief, like think of keening, but silently on the inside. It truly was physical and almost seemed to come out of nowhere.
Then I could feel the beginning of terrible cramps.
I took several herbs (including burdock, black cohosh, ginger) and a big black currant oil capsule.
Now I am just being quiet and grateful for the quick reduction in symptoms.
I am almost chastened by the experience. Which I have had hundreds of times. Nevertheless, I am affected.
Maybe this could be good.

"LONDON — Social media, the 24-hour news cycle, and cellphones notwithstanding, Americans often find it hard to be interested in the world beyond our borders.
Unless, of course, people that don’t look or sound like us are actually crossing our borders; then, we pay attention.
But while the horrors of Gaza have grabbed the attention especially of young people, the U.S. feels comfortably distant from the horrors of the rest of the planet.
We have our own horrors, thank you very much.
But here in Britain, you don’t have the luxury of ignoring what’s going on in other countries.
The distance from Kyiv to the south coast of England is about 1,200 miles, which sounds like a lot until you consider that’s not even Tallahassee to Boston — and those two towns are in the same country.
But should Putin prevail in Ukraine, he could get tanks to Warsaw in less than 10 days. Then to Berlin in less than two days.
Then on to the shores of the North Sea where, on a clear day, you can see the White Cliffs of Dover.

I am SO tired.
I think some people still act like little butts even though they're getting up there in years because they lacked affection in their childhoods. Wow! Now it could be up to a 40% to 60% chance of having ability to meet them on their stolen lands. That's probably too much, better get to backpedaling.
I'm thinking of going back to a simpler state of mind via time travel.

Do you think "agape" means rich, entitled white men are more important, and therefore more empowered to inflict violence on other humans, and to get away with inflicting violence on others, and to be excused and even celebrated for inflicting that violence on other people?
I think there's a reason you're addicted to bullying and are having a hard time getting to step one of Step 12.
I don't think you are around very many people who really love you. And the reason why I say that is because I can tell that if you were in a different body, they would treat you like you're a worthless piece of trash. Because that's how they treat other human beings. Because they're bigots.
So pricey.

I actually feel pretty good.
What if this is the magic of the black currant seed oil and the ginger and the castor oil pack combined with a little bit of the good healing music.
I almost wonder why I've ever let anything upset me. Almost wonder why I didn't just accept what I went through, because maybe I was supposed to feel certain things and know more about about certain kinds of experiences, and accept the isolation it brought and those feelings, instead of making it even more painful by chewing on my fingers and shirt, but it was from the feeling of not having an outlet for that kind of pain. But what if I could just accept that pain as a learning experience?
This is such an interesting feeling, of doing a good job at getting myself into a healing space. It's almost like I gave myself a spa treatment.
I should relax and watch an NDE video.
Some cramps have been like NDEs for some people. And I may become all about angels and healing energies soon. What if that's me? What if everything else was a phase...

"Kids today, I swear.
Standing around on college lawns, protesting against genocide, calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and an end to arms shipments — what are they thinking? These students should be shopping, getting wasted at end-of-semester parties, and engaging in meaningless sex.
Instead, they’re going around acting like citizens, engaging in civil disobedience, exercising their right to free speech, telling university administrations to get rid of all investments in Israel, and demanding humanitarian aid for Palestinians.
Don’t they know protests are unnecessary pointless, and annoying?
Look at the civil rights nonsense in the 1950s and 1960s: Sure, the March on Washington, the Freedom Rides, and that business in Selma bullied the federal government into letting Black people sit in the front of the bus and even vote, but was it really worth all the discomfort it caused the nice White People Who Built America?
If only that Martin Luther King fellow hadn’t been so impatient. I’m sure we would have gotten around to giving minorities some rights. Eventually."

It does sound like he had a lot of energy and curiosity.
"Graham would be the first to acknowledge his privilege: His older brother, Philip, became the publisher and owner of the Washington Post as well as a confidant of John F. Kennedy; Philip’s wife, Katharine, oversaw the paper when it broke the Watergate stories; his other brother, Bill, helmed the Graham Cos., which built Miami Lakes, Florida’s first “new town.”
Yet he was fascinated by lives very different from his own. Maybe this was the impetus behind his famous “workdays” — that and first-rate campaign instincts. Graham bussed tables, picked tomatoes, hefted garbage cans, bellhopped, cleared brush, taught school, packed fish, cut hair, flew planes, and set up rigging and camera equipment as a grip on the 1983 Burt Reynolds movie 'Stick.'
He understood regular people because he talked to them all the time; he understood regular jobs because he did them — more than 400 of them.
In 2010, five years after he’d retired from the Senate, he decided he wanted to see my office at FSU before we went to lunch. God knows why: The Williams Building is not exactly an architectural masterpiece.
I met him in the university guest parking lot, and what should have been a two-minute walk to my office took more like 45 minutes. He stopped every student and professor we encountered. Some of them knew who he was; some (undergraduates who weren’t born when he served as governor) hadn’t a clue. He didn’t care: He interviewed each one. Where are you from? What are you majoring in? What are you teaching? Why did you choose FSU? What are you reading?"

It is quite painful to consider.
That some people are failing their fellow humans and faring poorly in spite of their materialistic advantages.
When some people, including some who are parents, are still acting like they don't think that certain kinds of humans or human rights matter, just because a select few amongst the Patriarchal people benefit more from going along with that mindset in the short term....
Who can truly believe that's good enough for all kinds of people in society to be an adequately acceptable long term strategy?
Of course, not everyone can get equally rewarded for acting like the men with money are the most important ones in a Patriarchal Society.
