If the ICE agent had PTSD from previous bad experiences, he should not have been working that day. He should not have shot and killed the woman. His behavior was incorrect and wrong. She did not deserve to die. They are are being dehumanizing. They are terrorizing United States citizens and they are psychologically damaged.
