There's good reason to highlight the "U.S. citizens" component when ICE inflicts violence on people who are U.S. citizens.

It is worth pointing out that they are terrorizing and killing U.S. citizens because they justify their violence as a way to protect U.S. citizens. By acknowledging that they're doing bad things to U. S. citizens, you are showing that they are being dishonest when they are justifying their other acts of violence as a way to protect U.S. citizens. They do not have noble intentions to protect U.S. citizens, and that is made clear when they terrorize U.S. citizens. This should be pointed out.
