I feel like I can get help with accepting peaceful energy in the universe.
People need peaceful energy in chaotic times too.
Maybe the lens of healing is the best way to approach living through very chaotic times.
A bunch of stuff has had to come up because it could no longer stay hidden.
Do I personally feel disappointed with the ways some people have behaved? Yes, I have felt disappointment.
Something that I would like to get better at is finding the best and most healing way to deal with the situation. I might be a bit of a baby in this area.
I mean it can be almost fun to rant when you're upset with somebody, but sometimes it takes a toll on the body, and then it's like, "Was the rant really worth it? Was the fun of having a rant really worth it?"
And sometimes the body is like, "No I don't think it was, and I think we can do something better next time."
