so I discovered that if you do that flaxseed muffin cup thing (1 egg, 1/4 cup ground flaxseed, a tsp of coconut oil, some cinnamon and some liguid stevia) and toss it in the microwave without stirring it then the egg will cook by itself at the bottom and the flaxseed will stay all crumbly on top but then if you toss some blueberries on it and mix it
you can almost pretend it was supposed to be that way...
