They make excuses for violence and then they expect you to be fine with it. They expect people who were traumatized, even those who were sexually assaulted, to cater to their shallow, materialistic and incredibly selfish egos.
These people are not okay. You cannot rely on these people. They are very swept up in catering to the kinds of people that their patriarchal society taught them to cater to, though.
Amber Czech was penalized for being a hard worker. Penalized. She went to HR and it didn't help. This man was violent. People still made him more important than her. He killed her. What was the reason. She gave him a bad attitude? She wasn't cute and feminine enough for him?
It's not okay. Daughters deserve better than that.
Catering to people's selfish egos is not inspirational, and in fact, I think it's quite tragic. Patriarchal people really have been led astray.
