Patriarchal people are trained to act with cruelty, like they believe they're better than others, based on genetic things like giving birth, getting thin, having blue eyes, etcetera. They give deference to men, and to abusive men if they are "charismatic," over so many kinds of women and children. Performance and attention, even at great expense to others, is a big priority for patriarchal people. Obsession with materialistic acquisitions is also very common.
