I know I am connected with others and I know that I can better help if I know how to help myself better. I need to take care of my health. This is so I can be better in the future. I do not in any way feel that it is okay to act like certain people are more entitled than others to enjoy certain benefits or perks from a very unjust and uncaring and unwell system. I have experienced personally how painful it is when some people have been taught to discriminate or to go along with discriminatory practices. I have no wish to go along with those practices or to further perpetuate harm. As I feel my body telling me that we need more peace and healing, I'm asking the universe to help me seek more peace and healing now.
