Maybe I should just talk myself into the idea that some other stuff is enjoyable, like some music or watching a show or doing some yoga or stretching (I feel like part of me wants to cry now), and then maybe the guidance or the clarity about the questions I have will come later, when I am more emotionally healed, and so now I need to figure out little ways to be feeling more peaceful or happy, so I can get to that space and accept more healing.
