The day I found the book in a used bookstore, I had no idea it would happen, but I remember seeing a young woman who had lighter hair and feeling curious about her. I walked away, and so then I was in another corner of the bookstore. I looked over my shoulder, and it was as if she migrated over, and was also curious about me.
And then, not long after, I found the book! "Captives of Time" by Malcolm Bosse, which is about a young woman with lighter hair.
Christine de Pizan had lighter hair, too.
I am curious to read more of Malcolm Bosse now, as I have never been before.
I feel a bit like a door is opening for me.
