X: I think you should take some time off this summer so we can go see Trinidad. I want to see that beach...The one that's in the Humboldt, California area. We can drive up there if you take some time off.
Y: What if it's a working vacation.
X: You have enough time off saved up. You never take it.
Y: When I take time off, it costs more because then I end up spending money on other things.
X: Well, I thought you were making money from the side hustle.
Y: Yeah, some.
X: I don't think it's unreasonable to take a little time off for a short vacation road trip to another part of the state. I'm not asking to go to Paris. I'm asking to drive to another part of California for a few days.
