When I contacted National Benefits Services about my change of address last year, I was instructed by them to fill out a change of address form. I did so.
The change of address form says National Life Group at the top.
Then it says I am supposed to give my change of address info to National Benefits Services. I did that, too.
I did it last year, and I checked earlier this year to make sure they had received it.
Now no one seems to know where my 1099 went. If it went to the old address in spite of my efforts, the post office probably did not forward it to me because I moved in October and they only forward things for 90 days.
I am not a rich person on TikTok. I need to get my 1099 form so we can do our taxes.
