I want to get the taxes done to pay bills and need the 1099.

All the medical expenses come out of the deductible with the only healthcare plans offered by my husband's job.

Now, because of my health issues, we will have medical bills to pay from the services I have received, and possibly more to pay in the future.

So we need to be able to get the 1099 form so we can do our taxes sooner, not later.
