I woke up with some cramps and they're gone now but feel like this is really not a theta state and I have had two nice friends tell me they had the medical procedure and it wasn't intolerable but how can I be more like them, who are not quite so affected by feeling like they need to get upset about the war, and can these icky trials which still get in the way of being able to accomplish things just quit appearing is a way of looking at it but another way is oh this is your learning experience and you are in school right now just not in a way that's officially recognized by external validators of society.
