Yesterday my friend showed me her values when she said she's glad she's been a temp worker because she knows how they can get excluded at work in bigger group dynamics. There's a woman in her office who is a temp and also can't participate in their weekly lunches because her religion has her follow dietary restrictions. However, she can have the caffeine free drinks that are provided at work. So my friend is always checking to make sure the fridge is stocked with the caffeine-free kinds of drinks.
