"Trailed's" map was revelatory this evening

Do you believe in energy? Wow, the woods weren't so safe during our freshman / sophomore year of college. A group of us drove to West VA to go camping during that timeframe.

"I’ve always been agnostic about notions of the afterlife or the presence of ghosts and spirits, but I do believe that violence leaves some kind of metaphysical trace."

~~~~~
"As apprehensive as I was, as predisposed as I was to find something terrible and sad and stained about the place where Julie and Lollie died, I felt none of that. To the contrary, their little stealth campsite was undeniably beautiful. Even in the austerity of early March, when the canopy is bare and the forest floor is packed with dank and decomposing leaves, it is a lovely, peaceful place."
~~~~~

"But maybe, just maybe, when two selfless, joyful, beautiful humans die in a place, what is left behind is not the agony of their deaths but the brilliance of their lives."

~ Kathryn Miles

It really can be a healing Universe 💗🙏

I can at least be a quietly curious seeker these days. Sometimes I am a bit sorry to have gotten so close to situations that clearly aren't ideal for those canary in a coal mine moments.  I am sure stories from other times got to me for certain reasons, and maybe later, when there's more balance, those will also have been part of a good healing process. Disappointments and distractions happened. So did panic attacks and worse. But if I can remember this Earth also has islands of healing potential, I am surely capable of recovering.

Messy messy life 🌻

It seems obvious at the moment that I always wanted "to heal" way more than I wanted "to be successful" in the external way that many were taught to strive for, but there are so many senses of humor out there in the world, and the kinder and gentler ones are those which I feel could help with some of humanity's strangest situations, somehow...

"Andrew Tate's Arrested for Human Trafficking After Trolling Greta Thunberg"

And yet, some of us can only do that so much (a few hours perhaps?) and go on with our lives...and then the body goes into another mode because  there's so much more that still needs to get healed...Valuing what some these days might call "neurodivergence" and different genetics / levels of sensitivity / ways of processing traumatic experiences in life is perhaps only just beginning...

Imagine such gifts from a caring Creator

Spiritually healing convalescent caring places for those who need to be healed of their burdens and ailments.

Gratitude memory

One time when I was young person in Peru and I got sick, and my partner at the time was away at his job, the family sent my partner's little sister and cousin to stay with me for the night, to sleep with me, to be comforting, so that I would feel cared for, and the intention was so healing, and it really did help.

Please let today be better

I have begun to feel very, very, very tired of all the suffering on all the levels.

O My Dear God!

The good man just found an envelope with our California Middle Class Refund! Is it a sign!?

6 minutes made me feel more refreshed. I should watch more!

Patriarchy is pretty bad for many bodies' physical mental & emotional health

Just to fit in with others, patriarchal ones routinely blare out messages like "Society raised me to devalue most women and girls, but especially certain ones more than the others."

"And then, society trained me to only treat a select few (usually the ones with lots of money) as more human than the other ones."

Sometimes patriarchal women as much as patriarchal men seem to feel compelled to indulge themselves in these behaviors.

They do it to get rewarded. Maybe with money, but sometimes just for attention and the approval of others in the patriarchal society.

At least, personal comfort and healthcare should be prioritized for all people, not just The Wealthiest.

Now using a home remedy...a castor oil pack to treat my mysterious ailing body, to heal it of something.

Maybe such courses will be more widespread for everyone who needs to eat in the near future

"For a unit titled Exploring Agricultural Practices in the Adulting 101 class, students learn about the many ways in which food is produced, with an emphasis on sustainability, indigenous knowledge and the entire food system."

She told us her tale of crossing the border with her 16-year-old-brother,' said Astone. 'She’s been living and working here for the past 20 years and has a young son with disabilities which Dr. López believes is due to working in the fields with high pesticide exposure.' Dr. López also shared that many farmworker women are sexually assaulted in the fields when they work."

Unlike this person, too many well-off people still expect to be rewarded for acting like their personal temporary comforts are way more important than anyone else's human rights. It's quite depressing because you know they are completely capable of behaving better than that, and yet they still choose otherwise because their ingrained habits are so easy for them to rely on.

Glad to never repeat this burnout again ever.

A nap was a way to find self elsewhere in a dream (like at some kind of best-dressed event). Talked more to a few women than to any of the men (if at all), but when it came to choosing better clothes (to fit in better with the others) two nice men appeared and gifted me with pajamas. That was appropriate. Bedrest Day. Stay in your jammies because healing is really like choosing life or death in these situations. Pray.

Please and thank you, Universe.

PEACE, PEACE, PEACE, HAVEN 🙏💖🕊

People on Earth really deserve more help and healing and again ask a rather frightened society to please open our hearts and please include them. PERHAPS when the larger society is being slow about those things, we could feel able to find many little healing societies...and moments of healing...and take time to feel our appreciation of these...

And maybe needing more healing is why  sometimes it's felt like staying inside is what a human being having a human experience really needs. And then, sometimes we want to go outside and feel nature being healing.

Personal request for the universe for help with being better at accepting healing for my sensitve teeth *lately must especially love a lower front tooth on the left area* We ordered another toothpaste.Lower right teeth also appreciate love and healing. 'Then we talk about the correlation between so-called America and our ancestors, whose bones it's built upon and how this genocide has been happening since the beginning of the time that the colonizers stepped foot on our land. There's still no justice (here), and these are uncomfortable conversations that don't just go away because you don't want to have them.'"

Patriarchal Women (*Even Those Who Call Themselves Feminists*) Must Need More Healing, Too? Their Desires to Fit in with a lot of Patriarchal People is Why Some are Still So Accustomed to Dehumanizing So Many. BUT the Issues Can Also Make Them Feel the Need To Focus More On Healing, Too.

Why, homelessness, why?

"I was very young when I wrote this. I was very careful in the sense that I really talked through the implications of going public in the piece. Clover, imagine if we had a world where Liza had been greeted as a hero. And Liza had gotten the support that she needed for herself or her family financially, emotionally in all of these ways? She got none of that. And, in fact, a few years later, she was homeless. That was the vengeance of—I’m sure not just Fat Joe but of an industry that was making an example of her. I think about all of the moments where whistleblowers have changed the world and made us aware of a dynamic or an issue that we didn’t either have the conscience or the courage or the awareness to see. And this person comes forward and tells the truth—at what cost?"

"Writer Elizabeth Méndez Berry On Protecting the 'Inconvenient Women' in Hip-Hop"

https://jezebel.com/writer-elizabeth-mendez-berry-on-protecting-the-inconve-1844349703

"The cost, for Liza, was just enormous. I haven’t talked to her in years. I am curious where she’s at—we were in touch for some time after the article came out—but how does she reflect on all of that? A [few years] ago, she finally at least got a judgment in her favor. But she was an inconvenient woman, you know."

That was a scary dream, and I acknowledge that.

Instead of being a disrespectful, controlling of women, not well-in-the-head kind of person, like a dreadful experience out of bad dream (and you certainly wouldn't want to inflict a bad experience like that another person), what if he could have been an actually honest and trustworthy person?

Food for the Holidays

"That labor of love was delivered, farm to farm, with love, songs, music, presents, and 3,000 traditional tamales, in the fields around Half Moon Bay, where Tenes say they only earn $18,000 to $24,000 a year for themselves and their families.

The farmworkers were stunned.

"We are so grateful because this is the first year we have received these gifts of tamales and love and support, and It makes us feel so grateful, especially for our children…in this area, we're so grateful because we're one family and one community," said farmworker Juan Jose Flores Lopez.

"There is not a single person in America that does not benefit from a farmworker," said Tenes.

Politics aside, reality shows without farmworkers, documented and undocumented, America's plentiful food supply would be essentially impossible."

Beautiful Day After Winter Solstice Day

Grateful for feeling able to know that people are capable of changing in good ways, which includes getting better at choosing healing. As a child, I believed more in the goodness of humanity. My own experiences of suffering have shown me that I need to believe in humanity's healing potential again. Honoring myself and my experiences is also a part of an opportunity to believe in humanity's greater potential to have a more healing nature. It's possible to feel grateful to be more in touch with even a small part of this belief again.

Just one of many possible ways of love...

Breathe in and hold and acknowledge and love you and your sorrow and your need for healing...breathe out and and accept your love for yourself and your own beautiful journey.

Dear beautiful and you and all beings who can heal...

Dear body, thank you for showing where we need to still heal and love again because there is beautiful healing that is still available and it can help us. Thank you, universe. 🙏💗🌻

I wish for better healing sleep again.

Could cry so much after what has happened this year.

Honesty headache, healing will come.

If the best is 20% fun, and 80% is confusing to downright horrible, that's never gonna be a favorite recipe...

Great, much better.

I am grateful for every happy and fun moment that happened today. There were more than was expressed, and perhaps that's a problem to rectify in the future, but isn't it a pattern to at least observe and appreciate...

There is healing in the Universe

So that is why, things can always get better, even though quite a lot of this year was almost beyond description. Well!!!! Off to be sure of that happening, and sleep will come soon, too, yay...

Won't some future grandmothers please help by explaining it?

Why you had to act like catering to a few abusive, arrogant, misogynistic men *who happened to have more money* was far more important than the health and well-being of your descendants, and please be even more precise and thorough than you were previously!

Fail Upward, America!

"The state of women’s health in the US is shocking — even to us, medical sociologists and demographers with a history of studying gender and health. Population health statistics paint a sobering portrait. Women in the US fare poorly in one way or another compared with women in other high-income countries, compared with US men, and even compared with previous generations of American women. And there’s no sign that these patterns are improving."

Hey, Lord...children...teenagers...people who were younger once...

"In a meeting on Dec. 15 with youth groups affiliated with Catholic Action, the pope warned that 'a great risk for a boy and a girl today is to spend our days keeping a cell phone screen in front of our eyes.'

'Our eyes are meant to look into the eyes of others. They were not made to look down at a virtual world that we hold in our hands, but to look up to heaven, to God, and to look into the eyes of those who live next to us.'

Pope Francis told the children and teenagers gathered at the Vatican to remember that Jesus teaches that 'every person is important.'

He said that the Lord is particularly concerned not with 'the rich and powerful' or 'those who are on the covers of glossy magazines or on television, but the smallest, the poor, the forgotten, the rejected, those no one cares about.'

'In a world that tends to isolate us, divide us, and that pits us against each other … the secret is precisely to take care of others,' the pope said."

Key findings of the report, the first of its kind released by a task force created by the state Legislature last year to investigate the issue, include that more than a quarter of missing girls in Hawaii are Native Hawaiian and that members of the U.S. military play an outsized role in the sexual exploitation of children in the state."
