I am a beginner student again. Dear Universe. Help me learn, please.

I need to rest and go back to sleep and heal my stomach. My mind and my body simply needs to accept a more healing way of being for the rest of this life. When there's more stress, body gets tired and then ailments occur. So I really need to learn how to be smarter with this particular inheritance for the rest of my time with this body.
