2 young guys smoking pot asked us for help. They didn't know her but she had passed out after vomiting next to her car, sometimes talking, sometimes screaming, either in English or another language (Chinese?) when spoken to. They tried to give her water and she did drink a bit of it. She had a cell phone and she did something to unlock it but the guys had to talk to the friend she called because she wasn't good at that yet. Got her roommate (?) to come out and help her back to the apartment. And it was good to see people asking us for help, trying to get her back home without being forceful. One of the guys pointed to an empty bottle of vodka in the driver side of her car. She wasn't screaming when the roommate helped her.
There was a helping boundary.
The guy would say to the drunk woman, "Can I please talk to your friend."
Also "Don't touch me." She could lash out.
The roommate spoke to her in their first language and she was calmer with him.
It was better when he arrived. He helped her back home.
I also told the two young pot smokers that they were good Samaritans.
