Suspect that probably the reason I was happy to remember two babysitters ("good girl" blond Maria, known from age 4-8 and "deviant singer/storyteller but still good" red-haired Missy from age 8) was because a military daycare center at age 2 or under has some unwonderful ones and proved the patriarchy should not force women to take jobs that are deemed suitable for them just because childcare is assigned to their gender.
