Am I having a delayed allergic reaction and if so could my head and my ears and my comfort level with breathing improve. Neti pots do not always fix things. I bet I should not have bought the flan. Oh what a trial to have the body of a sensitive soul in this life. I have to alter my circumstances and make it a blessing. Hah. It even felt better just to say it like that. Health is very important. What is going on. This person doesn't want that allergic reaction stuff. What if it is detoxing. Maybe a detox tea would help.
