Just at the right time, move to a very superficial environment with a Type A controlling older male figure who fixates on your looks in various ways (very pretty so watch out for bad people, oh not pretty now because gained weight, here's a dress that would look good so I will buy it for you, what you actually want to wear is awful, etc.) And combine it with having actual unfortunate cosmetic side effects from female health issues that no one cares about because there's no money in it. Joy will die every day.
