When the plane emergency landed in Memphis and I had a dying phone without a charger and they were kicking us out of the airport so I ran after strangers to pay for my ride to the hotel...and those strangers in the long line to the checkout desk were nice. Someone else was around, but we talked more another day. I guess I chose to have a weird life this time around.
