I've been inside of houses like this before. Not that often, but a few times in Northern Virginia. Okay, maybe this one does look a little bit more architecturally stylish, though.
My point is, the feeling was essentially the same. Sometimes, regular people can afford to own a big, nice house. They just happen to have a little bit more money then the average citizen, and they can afford it.
I was very surprised, but I just got a nudge that maybe I should look up this sort of thing. I guess the value went from 6 million to 25 million in just a couple of years.
